She was introduced to the Manufactured Housing industry in 2016 and has worked for and with Community Operators throughout her time in MH. Her main focus has been on sales operations and chattel finance as well as sales training and community operations. In Aug of 2021, Justine opened her own consulting group, Dynamic MH Solutions with her business partner, Mike Scheffler to help bring knowledge of manufactured home sales and finance options within manufactured housing communities.
Previous to MH, Justine's background has been in sales training & support, sales operations, and building sales programs to thrive in new business channels. She has a passion for teaching and motivating people, and believes that with the right knowledge and guidance, people can create a pathway for themselves to change their lives for the better. She loves the opportunity to mentor individuals to be outstanding sales leaders at their organizations, and to have the ability to work in an industry that gives Americans a chance at Homeownership in a market that desperately needs affordable housing options.
Justine also serves as the Co-Chair for an industry organization, WAMH - Women Advancing Manufactured Housing founded in 2021 and created to support women in the industry, improve the perception of manufactured housing, and collaborate and expand each member’s knowledge and network.

Newport Pacific is a full-service property management company located in Irvine, CA, specializing in manufactured home communities, apartment complexes, condominium associations and RV resorts. Newport Pacific has been a leader in the property management industry since 1980 and oversees properties throughout the United States.
Maria has an exceptional business acumen in the manufactured housing industry. She also has experience in property management, home sales, leasing, marketing, budget preparation, vendor contract negotiations and development of on-site personnel.
She holds her MCM, MHM, CAM, CCRM, CMCA and AMS designations and, also is a licensed manufactured housing salesperson.
In 2009, the Mayor and City Council of Carson appointed Maria to sit as a member of the Mobilehome Rental Review Board. She currently remains an active member of this board. The City of Carson is known throughout the state of California for its strict rent control ordinances.
In 2019 and 2021, Maria was appointed to the City of Costa Mesa’s Mobilehome Park Advisory Board where she continues to serve at this time.
Maria was appointed in 2021 to serve on the CMHI Foundation Board as Treasurer.
In late 2021, Maria Horton, along with Co-Founder, Justine Natalie, with the assistance of board members, Sherrie Clevenger, Kim Shultz-Rainford and Maryuri Berberan, helped to create WAMH. This is the Women Advancing Manufactured Housing movement established to mentor and recognize the accomplishments of women in our industry. The organization, open to both men and women members, also hopes to assist with improving the perception of our industry through its members’ efforts.
Maria is also currently a member of the American Legion Women’s Auxiliary where she assists with activities provided by this organization that assist our soldiers and veterans.
Maria shares her passion through her dedication to continue to improve her knowledge in our industry with exemplary service. She is a frequent speaker and attendee at industry conferences throughout the United States where she proudly represents her company and its accomplishments.

Sherrie holds the position of vice president, product management with LightBox. In this role, she manages a product portfolio ensuring that the customers biggest challenges are solved Ensuring the right strategy for each market serviced produces success.
Sherrie held the position of principal, project management at CoreLogic before a strategic move to LightBox. She leads the charge with new market strategies, bringing into focus markets that are adjacent to the company’s traditional competencies.
Sherrie worked at NADAguides. She is a subject matter expert in manufactured housing and personal property valuation and spent 20 years in the industry before joining CoreLogic.
She earned a bachelor’s degree in organizational leadership from Chapman University and an MBA from Brandman University, a Chapman University System.
Kim Shultz-Rainford is a former corporate professional with a background in cash management, accounting and strategic planning. After selling over 65 manufactured homes, she took the leap into park ownership in 2013.

Kim Shultz-Rainford is a former corporate professional with a background in cash management, accounting and strategic planning. After selling over 65 manufactured homes, she took the leap into park ownership in 2013.
Over the years, Kim has successfully improved the living conditions and park atmospheres for her residents while increasing park capacity and profitability. She has received city infrastructure and utility upgrade approvals, generated a newfound sense of pride in her communities, and exponentially increased consumer awareness and perception of her properties while adding and selling additional homes via owner finance.
Kim holds a B.A from University of Texas at Arlington, M.B.A. from Texas A&M University – Commerce, and is licensed by the State of Texas as a Retailer. She is also a member of the Texas Manufactured Housing Association (TMHA), serves on the SECO Planning Committee and Veterans Assistance Program Committee, and is a founding member of WAMH – Women Advancing Manufactured Housing.
Together with her construction-savvy husband, she continues to purchase and improve communities in the Dallas/Fort Worth area and currently owns two Manufactured Home Communities.

Exceptionally low default rates are achieved with new Community Series Homes (CSH) and very thorough underwriting of L-O “buyers”. She is one of the organizers of the Southeast Community Owners (SECO) conference which attracts upwards of 400 small and mid-size community owners annually.
